8 CELLARS

The Fromagerie Le Meunier has 8 cellars spread over more than 400m2. It is here that several thousand cheeses slowly ripen before reaching their peak.

The cheeses are worked on in families, such as pressed cheese, washed rind, bloomy rind, natural rind, etc. Each cellar has its own temperature, ventilation and humidity control system.
